Lee is a well-respected Building Services professional with over 30 years of industry experience within the built environment. Previous employers range from boutique specialist consultancies, through to global corporate companies. Lee is currently a Business Partner, previously holding Directorships, Operational and Regional roles, reporting to executive board(s). Geographically he has experience working in the UK, Europe, MENA region and Southeast Asia.

With a detailed understanding and passion to “make buildings work”, Lee has successfully delivered Project / MEP Management, QA/QC and Commissioning duties, including FM, Validation, Sustainability and Energy Efficiency. Lee has been selected for corporate fast track “Futures” initiatives and has received a variety of project related ‘Added Value’ Certificates. He is also a long-term member of the Commissioning Specialists Association and has been elected the current Chairman of the GCC Chapter, dedicating personal time to its ongoing development.

Lee prides himself on building trust through credibility and integrity to deliver a professional service. He has built departments and businesses from the ground up, taking full operational accountability for all technical aspects, innovations technologies, tendering, contract negotiations, resource, P&L, KPI’s SLA’s, moreover, always ensures clients expectations are met and often exceeded.
