With a growing Team of 80 Project, Planning and Cost Management professionals, across four regional offices, Luke and the Team continuously maintain a keen eye on trends, opportunities, and challenges associated with the development and construction industries, ensuring an innovative hands-on insight is applied to each project.

Luke’s practical leadership, client focus, commercial acumen and attention to detail fine-tunes his role at Compass, where he has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Compass’ project management tools, process, and procedures, in addition to the oversight of all commercial matters within the company’s operations.
