Nicky Dobreanu works for a real estate developer in the UAE. He has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management and a PgCert in International Arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Nicky is also one of the few RICS Certified BIM Managers, a BRE BIM Informed Professional and one of the many PMI Certified Project Management Professionals (PMP). Nicky is a member of the CIOB Dubai Hub and a strong promoter of Diversity and Inclusion in all aspects of life.
